A heavy late 18th century brass barrelled flintlock blunderbuss of military appearance, by Barbar, 31½” overall, heavy swamped barrel 15¾” with London proofs and engraved “London” in script; flat stepped lock signed in script; plain walnut fullstock with plain brass mounts including flat sideplate, and with original steel ramrod with integral worm.
