WD & HO Wills - Cigarette Cards - 'Safety First' (1934) - a presentation of original hand painted / drawn artwork for five of the cigarette cards. The original artwork for the cards 'Traffic Signals' (x2), 'Beware Of Amateur Traffic Controllers,' Motor Cyclists,' 'Do Not Hinder A Constable On Point Duty By Asking Questions.' Each piece hand drawn and painted by artists working at Mardon, Son & Hall in the 1930s. Mounted to a custom-made board (made by Mardons in order to later display the pieces) showing the artwork, the final produced cigarette cards and special  printed versions of the text to the rear. The display being hand lined and titled 'Issued in Dec 1934 by W.D & H.O. Wills'. Unique piece of cigarette card history. Total size: 48cm x 65cm.
