Vent Oscar the Owl - Pelham Puppets Vent Range, composite head, rolling eyes painted brown, orange beak, opening mouth with painted pink interior, red felt tongue, overall covered with a faux fur of cream with highlights of brown, boxed, c. 1982 Based on the ventricle owl from 'Ask Oscar', operated by Annie St. John for HTV West, Oscar the Owl went into production in January 1982 and only 28 were produced; the last 27 were produced in May of the same year.
