Original vintage Guinness advertising poster - Guinness for Strength - featuring a great illustration by Richard Francis Percy Wilkinson (Wilk; b. 1911) depicting a smiling man emerging from a manhole and holding a pint of Guinness with one hand whilst lifting a large green steam roller on top of the cover with his other hand, the driver with moustache and wearing a bow tie with his hat flying off looking on in shock and a rearing horse on the front of the steam roller with 123 HUP on the licence plate, the bold text below in red and green letters. One of the world's most popular beer drink brands, Guinness is an Irish dry stout founded by Arthur Guinness in Dublin in 1759. Printed in Great Britain by John Waddington Ltd., Leeds. c. 1951.
