AN ENGLISH OAK COURT CUPBOARD, 17TH CENTURY AND LATER, interlaced flowerhead decorated frieze carved with the (spurious) date 1651 above a carved panelled canted cupboard, flanked by fluted supports, raised on further fluted supports on a platform base, (some later elements)

Good houseworn appearance. Areas of historic treated woodworm (none active). Separated horizontal splits to upper middle and lower sections. Backboards appear to be a later addition. Surface marks and scratches throughout consistent with age.
