Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks and some mild tarnishing.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - light surface marks and some mild surface corrosion.
Case - some play in the movement hinge - one side requires pinning, heavy rubbing to the engine turning, mild bruise line to the case back, some light surface scratches.
