WW1 family range with 1. 1914-15 Star to 8667 Bndsmn J.T.W.H.B. Broomfield Hamps R. about very fine. John Thomas Wesley Harold B. Broomfield was killed in action with 2nd Bn on 23rd April 1917 and with no known grave is commemorated on the Arras Memorial. With copied MIC, Soldiers Died, CWGC and 1911 Census where he is shown as serving with 1st Bn as a Boy aged 14, born in Dublin.
2. 1914 Star trio and KGV Army LSGC to 6366 Pte A. Broomfield Hamps R. (LCpl on Star, 2306700 Sglr A. Bloomfield R.C. Of Sig on LSGC, note spelling) polished, fine and better, court mounted for display. With copied MIC, landed France 23/8/14, issued clasp and roses. (R)
