Another spectacular larger size stoneware barrel emblazoned with raised acorns & leaves, mostly deep Doulton blue, with bands/ areas of green & brown, central large raised salt glaze plaque featuring heads of barley. Large raised white letters to front, above & below, TRADE MARKE below the barley sprig, spigot below. Several impressed base marks. Tiny top edge glaze flake, doesn�t really detract from the impressive nature of this piece.
