A 19th century Adam Revival mahogany library bookcase, outswept cornice above a deep frieze carved and applied with ribbon-tied laurel swags and flower head bosses, centred by a fluted urn, the glazed doors each enclosing three adjustable shelves, the serpentine base with four long graduated cockbeaded drawers flanked by panel doors, gilt metal handles cast with a Green Man mask, 236cm high, 198cm wide, 45cm deep
