Binding good, title soiled and fragile fore and upper edges, text mostly good, 2nd leaf soiled and with some red scoring, *4 a blank (with ms. notes), last leaf soiled on verso, 2 breaks in folio numbering and little misnumbering at end - but collates with Adams A1785
