A set of seven George IV rosewood dining chairs, each with a carved scrolled crest rail over a conforming lower rail and a re-upholstered red leather drop-in seat, upon tapering hexagonal front legs extending to peg feet, plain back swept rear legs, 87cm H, seat height 47cm x 49cm D x 45cm W (6)
All the chairs have been refurbished with later upholstered seats and corner blocks added to the underside.
A couple of chairs with evidence of historic worm to the underside.
All the chairs appear firm with little or no play in the joints.
