1821 George IV Coronation admission ticket to Westminster Abbey numbered 4422, plain portion below inscribed "North Door Upper Boxes" with printed "Howard of Effingham" signature, this portion separated from the printed ticket; also Pass Tickets for Westminster Abbey and Westminster Hall, all three superbly printed by Whiting in three colours using the Congreve method, embossed borders by Dobbs with the embossed seal of the Earl Marshall below. Scarce early examples of Congreve printing by Whiting, similar examples illustrated in the recent book on Postal Reforms by J. Grimwood-Taylor. (3).
