Bayonet blade length - 57cm, Overall length (not including scabbard) - 70cm. British light infantry company sword, approx 66cm, overall length (not including scabbard) - 80cm.
Bayonet - Serial number on scabbard and guard match. Scabbard has light surface dents, some pitting and rusting, blade good overall, some pitting, minor rust spots, appears there has been some attempt at cleaning, edge has a few small chips. Dated 1871.
Cavalry sword - Scabbard good overall, some repair to end, bottom pointed section missing. Blade pitted and rust spotted, edge is chipped. Guard broken, no identification marks or numbers.
