A 1914-15 STAR TO A CASUALTY IN THE CHURCH LADS BRIGADE OF THE ROYAL RIFLE CORPS. A 1914-1915 Star named to C-915 L. Cpl T.L. Knibb K.R. Rif C. Tom Lloyd Knibb was the son of Thomas Knibb of 63 Brown lane, Levenshulme, Manchester and the late Elizabeth Knibb. He served with the 16th (Service) Battalion (Church Lads Brigade) of the King's Royal Rifle Corps. He arrived in France on the 16th November 1915, he was killed in action on the 28th January 1917, and is commemorated on the Loos Memorial, he was 21 years old. *CR slight marks to surface. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
