With large quantity of copied research including service papers, photo in full uniform, rolls etc, Joseph Sutcliffe was born in Oldham, serving in 3rd Bn Manchester Regt when he enlisted in H.L.I. 15/10/83, promoted Clr Sgt 15/4/92, QM Sgt 15/5/95, Qm Mr and Hon Lieut with 4th Bn 21/11/06, LSGC awarded 1/1/02, 1 of only 5 members of 4th Bn to receive 1911 Coronation, retired as Hon Capt 21/11/16, died 6/10/34, vendor states a unique combination to Regt.
