19th century ruby, pearl and diamond mourning ring with a flowerhead setting of four pearls and four diamonds with a ruby centre, five further pearls and a single ruby to each solder, with a locket panel, unmarked yellow metal band, size M

Two of the central pearls have a blue-green tint to them, as opposed to the warm tones of the rest of the pearls. The band is significantly tapered at the back, which may cause weakness at the narrow point.
