Africa", charged 4d, backstamped at Midland (T.P.O) Up, Kimberley, Vryburg (Mar.11), Mafeking (Mar. 14) and Gaberones (Mar 16). Also a small size Cape postal notice "Correspondence for British Bechuanaland Protectorate" showing the letter rate from the Cape increased from 2d to 4d on 1st November 1892. (2).
