An unusual 19th-century arbutus wood and "Killarney" inlaid circular gaming table, the top with a broad reciprocating band of laburnum triangles, the centre with a loose square panel that reverses to a surface inlaid with a parquetry chess board and additionally a backgammon board inlaid in the interior of the drawer, the contrasting cross grain frieze with a single flush drawer and alternating panels of laburnum and arbutus, supported in an angular baluster column of the panelled outline above a similarly veneered tripartite base with swivel brass castors, the drawer contains two sets of draughts 67 cm diameter x 76 cm overall height.
