Chevalier. 1911 (Nov 21) Cover to North Berwick with KEVII 1d cancelled by narrow type "GK & ARDRISHAIG PACKET / B / CHEVALIER" c.d.s, flap missing, otherwise fine and very scarce. The earliest recorded use of this third type c.d.s from the "Chevalier" (over a year earlier than the first date recorded in the SPHS book by Glen Wilson). Photo on Page 76.
