Fruitwood novelty Jubilee string holder box and cover in the form of a crown, 9cm
The registration mark is indistinct at the bottom, but appears to say 59284, indicating a date circa 1890, celebrating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee.
There are some hairline splits in the lid around the studs, and one in the base, with some wear and signs of use. No obvious significant losses.
