Packet" (the former oddly without London cds) prepaid "£1-0-8d" and "£1-3-3" (8 times and 9 times the 2s-7d rate) respectively, as they weighed "2oz" and "2¼[oz]"; prepaid rates above £1 are even rarer than unpaid £1+ rates.
