A large collection of twelve 19th & 20th Century porcelain ceramic 'Toby & Character' jugs. A variety of examples mainly modelled as a seated Toby figurines, some standing / full body, some wearing a tricorn hat, bust examples (head, face) without spout. Manufacturers labels to include 3 x Crown Devon, 4 x Burlington, 2 x Kingston Potteries (Edward I / Edward III) along with Blakeney, Unicorn and unmarked (Rd. 966761). All hand painted - some marked with painters initials. Largest measures 24cm (height).
