Railway. Infrastructure - Signal Boxes. A collection of approx. 100 x 35mm, colour slides, on mixed film stock. The slides were taken by John Meredith, and feature a good selection of signal boxes. Most of the boxes are on the Western Region and include ex GWR and constituent company boxes. All of the slides are exterior views bar 3 interior shots of Bridgnorth and Bewdley Boxes. Locations include: Stoke Canon, Shirley, Maiden Newton, Pembrey, Boscarne Junc., Par, Puxton & Worle, Barry, Hartlebury, Goodrington, Bangor on Dee, St Blazey, Walnut Tree Junc., Baschurch, Shrewsbury Foregate, Fordon etc. All of the slides are captioned and most date from the 1990's.
