An early 19c single draw telescope, the draw tube engraved 'Stebbing , Southampton Improved Day or Night' extending to 88cml and having a 4.5cm diam. objective lens. The barrel is leather covered and the eyepiece has a sliding dust cover.
Some creasing to the leather on the barrel and the draw tube dented. Attention needed to lenses as image reversed.
