An American 1950's MARX Tinplate Clockwork Fire Chief Car-'with electric signal flasher, siren and powerful spring wind motor'. Brightly finished in red covered with litho detailing 'FIRE DEPT', 'CHIEF', 'CAR No.1' etc in yellow, with driver and passengers depicted to the windows. Simple wind-up clockwork mechanism, with a battery powered light to roof. Boxed, some damage to one end flap. Vehicle GC-VGC some spider rusting to bodywork. Motor in working order. Light not tested.
