A late 19th century Continental Silver and silver-gilt cigarette box and 'perminent match' striker, of compressed oval form with hinged cover enclosing the iterior with engraved Germanic poem and an applied silver St Christopher pendant, the cover engraved with a policeman, dog and runner, the reverse with a Buddhist Swastika, four-leaf clover and chimney sweep (symbols of good luck and fortune), with plaited cord tinder match and silver collar, stamped inside .900 and maker A.K. net weight 130.5g
