US arrival mark of 1 Feb. Filing fold through the 40r strip does not detract from overall appearance; 31 Aug. 1856 mourning env. from Bex to Edinburgh franked 10r blue and 40r yellow-green (this being 3 margin) alongside "Insuffisant" hs in black.
