AN EXCEPTIONAL 19TH CENTURY MARQUETRY INLAID BIRDS-EYE MAPLE ORMOLU MOUNTED LIBRARY / CENTRE TABLE, this really beautiful piece of furniture is serpentine shaped the top is a sight to behold with marquetry inlaid detail throughout and framed with a floral gadrooned ormolu trim, a single frieze drawer with large female head ormolu mount to the centre is found beneath – to the underside of the drawer are two labels, one a monogram surmounted by a crown. The table is raised on four cabriole shaped legs with ormolu toe caps. Condition: in excellent condition, ready to use. Dimensions: 74cm tall x 114.5cm wide x 76cm deep.
