Japanese satsuma plate, probably Kozan zo, Meiji (1868-1912), decorated with peacock, peony and a prunus tree within a diaper and trellis border in colours and gilt, gilt painted marks, 32cm diameter

Small chip to the rim (see images). Fine craquelure throughout with some light staining. Fine scratches to the gilt tail of the central peacock. Large patch of staining is present on the underside.
