CHINESE QING DYNASTY QIANLONG PERIOD PORCELAIN EXPORT WARE ARMORIAL OCTAGONAL PLATE, decorated in famille rose enamels, the centre with a coat of arms with motto 'Fide et Igilantia', the crest repeated on the rim, the arms framed within a gilt spearhead border, with well-painted flower sprays to the rim, 9in (23cm) diameter, the arms identified as Stepney and LLoyd in pretence, made for Sir Thomas Stepney, 6th Baronet, (c/r broken in a number of pieces, previously staple repaired, later restored)
