Gustave DE BREANSKI (c.1856-1898) Harbour Scene Oil on canvas, signed, 59 x 90cm. This painting is in good restored condition, when examined under a UV light there are multiple areas of competent overpainting evident. Over time the canvas has slackened a little from its stretcher. To the left-hand side of the painting, there is an area of abrasion (please see image) and to the bottom left edge, there is a small incision measuring 3cm in length (see image).
