A Syrian inlaid parquetry games table, 19th century. The swivel fold over top with a folding baize lined interior revealing a further section of two backgammon boards and a chessboard, on cabriole legs joined by a platform stretcher, height 81cm, width 84cm, depth 42cm. Small section of inlay missing on table top, repairs to stretcher, no signs of worm, wood type unknown.
