Fees

A late 19c French mantel clock in architectural polished brass case, the 12cm dial flanked by fluted columns and a stepped base and surmounted by an architectural pediment with an inset classical frieze. The dial has a silver chapter ring with Arabic numerals and centre has a 'Brocot' visible escapement. The movement is rack striking on a gong. The clock 32cm h overall.

More Information

The movement seems complete and reasonably clean. The case has some staining, notably to the front of the pediment. The glass has a chip to its edge and the chapter ring has some war to the silvering.
