45 x albums of military thematic postcards & photographs, a box off 100 or so old postcards, an early 18th century map of Chester by Robert Morden some of which appear to be interesting street scenes etc., and one other album mainly trains & topographical interest. It is an exceedingly comprehensive collection, some albums containing well over 100 items in each one, so literally thousands of pieces of material. It is interesting insofar as it contains old antique original military postcards (and some good ones too), vintage photos and postcards and some later material, and each album relates to the military history of a particular country.
