A FIRST WORLD WAR MEMORIAL PLAQUE TO THE ROYAL RIFLE CORPS. A Memorial Plaque named to Walter Edward Cowles who served as a Serjeant, A 2335, in the 9th (Service) Battalion of the Kings Royal Rifle Corps, a Wymondham, Norwich man, he was killed in action on the 25th September 1915 and is commemorated on the Menin Gate. Sold with photographs on the memorial in Wymondham. *CR Surface marked and patchy. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
