1641-1643 Charles I Halfcrown, Tower under the King, triangle in a circle (S 2779, North 2214). Obverse: group IV, fourth horseman with a foreshortened horse, riding left, 'CAROLVS · D .' G .' MAG .' BRI .; FRA .' ET · HI .' REX ·' followed by a triangle in circle mintmark. Reverse: garnished oval shield of royal arms, triangle in circle mintmark above and 'CHRISTO · AVSPICE · REGNO' around. Weight: 14.13g. Diameter: 34.7mm. Grade: VG - Very Good or slightly better in places, minor scratches to the obverse, across the horse.
