Reverse: crowned cruciform shields of royal arms around a central garter star with interlinked 'C's in the angles, 'MAG · BR · FRA · ET · HIB REX · 1682' around, with the date over 1681. Edge: '· · + DECVS · ET · TVTAMEN · ANNO · · · REGNI · TRICESIMO · QVRRTO + · · ' [sic] in raised lettering with 'QVARTO' misspelt. Weight: 29.45g. Diameter: 39mm. Grade: F+ - attractive mid-tone, some minor marks and flecking, Fine plus, reverse better.
