A pair of early 20th Century Carters of Poole Emaux Ombrants tiles relief moulded with a portrait of Lord Kitchener taken from Bassanos original, one picked out in lilac glaze, the other in deep turquoise, together with a further example depicting a portrait of Charles Van Raalte and an earlier 6 inch dust pressed tile with a portrait of a gentleman. Generally in fair condition with minor crazing and chips and frits to the margins
