A clear glass and silver mounted hour glass shaped decanter and stopper, 22cm high

Overall condition is fair to ngood. Marks are rubbed and worn. There are no chips or cracks to the decanter. there are a couple of small chips tom the end of the stopper. There are no signs of any repairs or restoration.
