A Worcester globular teapot and cover with floral finial. Decorated in the workshop of James Giles with panels of Chinese figures and dogs on gilt grounds c.1770, 14cm. Cf. The Stephen Hanscombe Porcelain Collection, James Giles and his contemporary decorators, no. 86, for a teapot with very similar decoration.
Slight chips to the finial. Some slight wear and scratching to the enamels. No repair.
