J. Isabey (18th/19th century) French, figures on rock beside a fishing boat at sunset, watercolour, signed and dated 1817, 39 cm x 28 cm, glazed in a gilt frame. Not inspected out of the frame. Some areas of foxing in the sky above the fishing vessel. Some buckling of the paper evident near the edges. Some buckling of the paper surround above the mount. Some losses of the gilt gesso and wear to the frame. Glass needs cleaning.
