From 1863 thin & thick paper first issues & Postage Dues, excellent ranges of "Duloz" & "Empire" types with values to 25pi red-orange both mint & used; detailed coverage of shade and perf. varieties for these early issues, as well as unissued types; also of note, a range of 1865 unused Liannos Local Post issues and 1870-82 Istanbul City Post issues used.
