A WWI Royal Flying Corps Aviator's issue G.S. type pocket watch, black dial with white numerals, marked "G.S.TYPE" and "C.B. 3576", the back marked "A" over broad arrow. GWO & C. A blank area above the "G.S.TYPE" would have originally been marked "Mark V". After WWI these watches were downgraded to G.S. Type and the markings altered accordingly. £60-70
