A 17th century style Dutch glass twin handled spirit flask, decorated with etched panels depicting windmills, galleons and fruiting vines separated by applied glass bands, height 25cm, together with a 19th century glass comport (2). Michael had an unerring eye for quality. He was a frequent visitor to these auction rooms, an elegantly dressed, unassuming man who bought well and had a singular passion for old school antiques.
