flattened octagonal shape with round shoulders, applied lip. Cross hinged mould with good pontil. Heavily embossed LIGNUMS LOTION FOR/ SCORBUTIC ERUPTIONS & C both sides. (see BBR issue 147 pg 37). A previously unrecorded & significant early medicine offering. Minute top edge pin nick (possible due to de corking) & very small side panel star, otherwise very good. (9/10)
