WW2 Indian Army MKII Bayonet with 300mm long blade, maker marked and dated RFI (Rifle Factory Ishapore) 8 44. Crown GRI marked. Blade is well marked with three inspection stamps. Slab sided pommel is numbered 54053. Working release catch. No scabbard.
Blade is clean with no rust or pitting. Pommel retains some original blued finish. Some traces of blue paint underneath the crossguard.
