Consisting of three typed autograph letters, addressed to Mary Carter, performing at a concert 25th October 1948, The Wigmore, London, featuring The Carter String Trio, including official programme, concert flyer signed by Williams, also including a handwritten letter from Vaughan Williams on personalised stationary, in original envelope addressed to Mary Carter, relating to a concert afterparty, all signed in black ink ‘Love Uncle Ralph’, with black and white photograph of The Carter String Trio, additional handwritten letters from composers - Ivy Herbert and Gordon Jacobs, also addressed to Mary Carter, regarding concert of 26/10/42 and 22/5/47, including some press cuttings and programme.
