Medieval Pilgrims Ampulla. Circa, 14th-15th century AD. Lead, 26.08 grams. 42.25 mm. A pouch type ampulla with suspension loops at the base of the neck. Decorated on one side with a flower motif, also known as the "Rose of Mary". The reverse side has an an ornate crown. Ref: for similar see; M.
