A Chinese Export lacquer fan, 19th century, comprising nineteen sticks and two guards, the whole decorated on the black lacquered ground in gold, silver and red with figures and their attendants on an extensive terrace, the central cartouche flanked by golden pavilions, the ends of the blades with figural cartouches, a/f the black silk band has perished, and the whole appears to have been taken apart and reassembled in incorrect order, 19.5cm.
