If you are unable to attend, please request condition reports via your bidding platform as usual. To bid online, you must register with the bidding platform in advance. Written commission bids may be submitted prior to the sale date through our website or by email. No commission bids will be accepted on the day of the sale. Condition Reports: Condition reports will be conducted in the week leading up to the auction. COLLECTIONS Collections will operate strictly as click-and-collect, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer an in-house shipping service for small, non-breakable items. SHIPPING Brettells In-House Shipping Service: We can post small, non-breakable items, such as jewellery and medals. Please contact us after the sale for a shipping quote to determine eligibility. For slightly larger, non-fragile items, we offer a packing service for private courier collection. Once packed, we will provide weights and dimensions. Packing starts at £12 per box plus VAT. Items We Do Not Post: We will not send lighters, ceramics, glass, mirrors, pictures, firearms, swords, large furniture, or white goods. Private haulage arrangements must be made for these items. Please note we are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit, nor do we make damage claims on behalf of buyers. We reserve the right to decline packing or shipping requests and may not post internationally.
